You think of yourself as an analytical thinker. You enjoy writing good code. You might even think of it as therapeutic. When a scientific topic comes up in a conversation, you know you have to restrain yourself not to geek out too much, but you often do it anyway. You are inspired by discoveries that improve quality of life and relieve suffering. You find genomics fascinating and might have even done some studies on the subject. If that sounds about right, we are a lot like you and would love to tell you about an exciting internship position at NanoString Technologies.
At NanoString, we develop transformative technologies that seamlessly read and deliver key molecular information from a diverse range of biological samples. These technologies are not only catalyst to biomedical discoveries but are the engine behind powerful medical diagnostic devices. As an intern in the biostatistics department, you will contribute to building software tools that facilitate harnessing biological information from data generated by our nCounter hardware.
